- ACAB CDNov 2, 20251.0Hate that I have to do this but hoping this gets the attention of the manager or franchisee as I have been calling about my membership for 2 months now with no response from this location. Most times I call- no one answers. I’ve left voicemails that never get returned or addressed. And the two times I was lucky to get a staff member to answer the phone- the manager wasn’t available, and messages I left with the desk to pass on to the manager also went unanswered or unreturned. I don’t live in the area anymore so I can’t come in store and when I reached out to Planet Fitness member services they told me to contact my home location as this is a franchise. This is ridiculous- I should have to hop, skip, and jump through hoops to get ahold of someone who can help me with my account.

I didn’t know how to use any of the machines or was toured around the facility. I was completely lost. I even told the employee it was my first time there. I won’t let this discourage me from using Planet I am just gonna try a different location which is sad because this one is the closest to my job.

Has all the necessary machines and plenty of cardio. Staff is young but nice. Usually stays pretty clean in gym terms i.e. locker rooms showers.
