She was able to walk her through numerous difficult and uncomfortable situations and made her comfortable and relaxed once her discomfort subsided. Everyone at the agency is incredibly polite, including the sitters, but it wasn’t able to regularly schedule needed providers.

My experience with them was one that I had never received anywhere else. The staff is like the Salt of the Earth. They go above and beyond to make sure that their clients are taken care of. Always checking in with their caregivers and assisting with any problems that may arise. They really listen and take action when you voice a concern, unlike some companies that listen but don't fix it. You really feel like family when you come to Home Instead. Amazing Company.
