I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment for worsening knee pain, but was not seen until around 3:00 PM and didn’t leave until almost 4:00 PM. That is an extremely long wait time, especially when you’re in pain and having difficulty walking.
There was also no communication about the delay, no one mentioned that the wait would be that long, or that I would not be seen by a doctor. For a follow-up visit, I was only seen by a nurse practitioner, which was disappointing given that my symptoms had worsened since my previous visit.
Overall, the care felt very impersonal. I didn’t feel that there was much urgency or attention given to my situation, and if I hadn’t asked about next steps myself, I likely would have left without clear guidance on how to manage or treat my knee going forward.
I understand that clinics can be busy, but better communication, time management, and patient follow-through would make a big difference. This experience did not leave me feeling confident in the care I received.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. I paid a co-pay to see the doctor, and I have nothing against nurse practitioners, but I felt that I didn't receive the care I expected. It seemed like my concerns weren't fully addressed, and I was confused about the process, especially when vital signs were taken but then questions were asked without clear documentation. I would appreciate having my co-pay refunded.
I wouldn’t take my dogs here after the experience my wife had. The Dr she seen was very rude. She didn’t even check anything on my wife. She came in the room and leaned up against the counter. Listened to my wife tell her what was wrong. (Essentially she had flu like symptoms). My wife had been feeling terrible for a couple of days and asked if she could get a steroid shot (she hasn’t had one in over a year), the Dr replied “I guess you’ll be another one that leaves mad today because I don’t just give out shots”. She proceeded to give her a prescription for cough medicine and told her to get some mucinex. She also prescribed an antibiotic and said “in case you need it in the future”. So instead of giving her a steroid shot that she COULD USE, she gave her an antibiotic that she DIDN’T need!
Make it make sense other than I’m guessing she gets some type of kick back from the pharmaceutical company for prescribing the antibiotic……
If you need help, I wouldn’t go here.

I was dealing with severe arm/shoulder/neck pain and couldn’t get in with my GP. My blood pressure was high (as I knew it would be) so when the doctor finally came to the exam room, she refused to examine me or address my issue at all. Her reason was she couldn’t give me anything for the pain due to my blood pressure.
That’s when it hit me… she thought I was just trying to get prescription pain meds and she had made up her mind about it before she ever entered the exam room. When I explained I was hoping for an anti-inflammatory, her face registered surprise… but she still didn’t back down from her refusal to help me. She did agree to an NSAID injection, which was fine because it allowed me to function long enough to seek REAL medical help.
She had the bedside manner of a lizard. She could have explained she couldn’t treat me due to my hypertension and offered the NSAID and I would have understood. Instead I was judged before she ever saw me. Basically I paid $50 dollars to be insulted.
In closing… the staff and especially the young lady who administered the injection were great.

We usually expect a bit of a wait since they take walk-in patients, but this visit was a little different. We were actually brought back to an exam room fairly quickly, which was great—but that’s where things stalled. We ended up waiting over an hour before the doctor came in.
At one point, I stepped out to speak with the receptionist to see if anything could be done to help move things along. After that, the doctor came in about 10 minutes later.
We’ve been going there for quite a while, and in the past it’s typically been the wait time in the lobby that’s been frustrating. Lately, though, it seems like the wait in the exam room has been getting worse. That said, once the doctor does come in, they usually do a very good job diagnosing the issue and making sure we get the medication we need.
