  Went for a chest X-ray but was no one there to read it so couldn’t get one.

  Came here in January to get labs done for medical clearance (the appointment + labs cost $80), and still have not gotten all of the results back - which caused me to miss out on an internship opportunity. Not only that, when I asked if I could a card with results from one of my tests I had done in January, they said no. Would not recommend coming here for medical clearance purposes.

  Friendly and professional staff from start to finish! Visit was very thorough. I was well served and cared for. This will definitely be my urgent care preference!

  The American family care in Cahaba KENYATTA DOMINCICO WAS REALLY FAST EFFICIENT AND GAVE REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ASKED FOR SOMETHING TO BE FAST. DIDN’T HESITATE TO DO IT. I THANK YOU FOR TREATING ME LIKE FAMILY 10-10-10 ACROSS THE BORDER. WAIT TIME 30 mins I was in & out within 1 hour . Thank your And the doctor name is Miss Jackie you have an awesome staff .

  I use AFC frequently when I can't get a quick appointment with my GP. I'm usually very satisfied with their services, but this weekend was terrible. I made an online appointment and filled out all the paperwork ahead of time and arrived as scheduled. There was no one else there when I arrived, but I was told they tried to call me to cancel because they could not rebandage my knee. I was told by the nurse on call at my GP's office ( they are closed on the weekend) and she was shocked I was told they couldn't help me rebandage and look at my knee from an office procedure I had done on Thursday. I asked if I could just speak with the NP that was there but was told she couldn't talk. I was upset and I was hurting so bad and just wanted some advice. I went home and did it myself- I'm going to try different urgent cares from now on.
