  Great experience with Campbell getting signed up and getting started! He broke everything down for me and had me ready to go in no time. From the equipment to everything they offer, this place has plenty of potential. Whatever you need, you will find here.

  One Life is GREAT!! Very nice equipment and kept very clean. There is a comfortable vibe in there too. Noah helped my whole family get set up and enrolled. Andre is super too! I have had only good experiences at One Life and can’t wait to see what the future holds for us now. Do yourself a favor and come check One Life out. You won’t regret it!!

  Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. They offer any and everything you could need. All the workers are amazing, super helpful and always nice. The environment is peaceful and safe. Noah is who singed me and my parents up and he was the best. Campbell signed my girlfriend up and we both loved him. 10/10 and I’m here everyday.

  So far I'm not having a good experience. My tour included two rooms and I have no idea where any classes are held. I ask questions and nobody knows answers or offers to find them out. The staff isn't unfriendly but also not personable- I feel like I'm on my own with figuring out anything unless I want a personal trainer, which I don't bc my questions aren't about how to work out. They lack basic pool equipment and don't even know what basic pool equipment is- in fact I don't think a single staff member gets in the pool to work out ever and therefore is ignorant about aquatic needs. I'm trying to keep an open mind but right now my expectations are low and I'm expecting to switch. I used to work in the gym circuit and I gotta say I'm underwhelmed by this experience. I'll update after I give it a chance.

  I can honestly say this is one of the best gyms I’ve ever joined. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and genuinely supportive. The facility is always spotless, the equipment is modern and well-maintained, and there’s plenty of space so you never feel crowded — even during peak hours. The staff and trainers truly stand out. They’re knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. Andre in particular is super nice and always helps with anything I need.
