I needed to cancel an subscription order that was for in-store pickup. However nobody answers the phone I even contacted the 800 number for GNC Customer Care and the Rep called the store and they still didn't answer. It would help existing customers and potential customers but you all need to answer the phone!! DO BETTER TO THE STAFF at location of 4933 Promenade Pkwy STE 129, Bessemer, AL 35022

He was like a mind reader, very kind, and sociable. Men like him need a raise because he’s doing the company a favor with his customer service skills. It’s very hard to find good customer service these days and hard to find people to work a boring job with a lot of downtime. It’s very draining to work at a place with so much downtime mentally. Also my name is jaren not Lisa lol
