I needed to cancel an subscription order that was for in-store pickup. However nobody answers the phone I even contacted the 800 number for GNC Customer Care and the Rep called the store and they still didn't answer. It would help existing customers and potential customers but you all need to answer the phone!! DO BETTER TO THE STAFF at location of 4933 Promenade Pkwy STE 129, Bessemer, AL 35022
