  I visited this location and the staff was very friendly which this is the 2nd time... the first time I don't know if Ms. Holt is still there or not but that woman did not feel like a physician... she is very caring and nurturing... her care and gentleness felt almost motherly. Y'all did an excellent job staffing this location.

  I schedule my appointment early and arrived early in hopes that it would be a quick visit. I ended up waiting almost 2 hours to get called back. The receptionist collected my money fast but was not in any rush on getting us in.The system said I was next in line after a hour and people were still going in front of us that arrived after us. I asked the receptionist what the issue was and she basically looked like she didn't want to be bothered. Once we got to the back, the medical team was awesome. The nurses were nice and took great care of my son. The getting in to the appointment can be improved.

  Front desk asked me why I was there where others could hear (no privacy). I was never given instructions on how to obtain lab results. I had to call and ask. Labs that were ordered were not the labs that was discussed with provider.

  They filed my insurance wrong three times and I either had to call or drive up there every time when I got a new bill in the mail. it was simple mistakes like a wrong P.O. Box number but every time they put something wrong in. After the third time I never got another bill in the mail so I thought it was settled but today I just received a letter saying I was sent to collections. Horrible costumer service act like they have no idea what they are doing like it’s there first day on the job.

  My husband went in last Monday to get tested for strep, covid and the flu because he wasn't feeling well. They did not test him for covid or the flu, just strep. The quick strep test was negative so they sent him something in for allergies instead of giving him antibiotics. He then went back Friday afternoon feeling worse and that's when they finally tested for covid and the flu and his covid test was positive. So they gave him meds for that. Then today, they FINALLY called and said his strep culture turned out to be positive. I just do not appreciate their lack of concern in getting him the right diagnosis and meds. We have a 3.5 year old, 2 year old and 4 month old.. I have done my best to keep the house sanitized and kept them separate from their dad but it would've been nice to know what sickness he had so we could be better prepared for if the kids and I got sick. I am not happy with the care he received and will not be returning to this location.
