- JCJonathan CarpenterFeb 22, 20221.0I get no notification that my prescription is received. I have to call at least one day after my doctor has sent it in to verify they have it but then they don't fill it until I call, wait on hold, and then ask to have it filled. It takes several hours to fill so typically not the same day. So a prescription written on Monday can be picked up Wednesday. Oh, and after calling to have the prescription filled, sometimes the next day they'll simply be out of that med but won't let you know until you're there or let you know when they get it back. The only way they could be a worse pharmacy is if they gave out the wrong medication. I started using this pharmacy a few months ago so I can get my prescription conveniently while shopping and wow if that hasn't been the exact opposite if what's happened.

She is belittling, inconsiderate, and just flat out rude. I have never had a good experience with her and that is so disappointing because every other pharmacist or student pharmacist I have had an encounter with has been amazing.
