  The receptionist here is so rude and acts as if you’re bothering her when you ask questions. The follow up procedures at this urgent care is extremely horrible extremely. No one seems to care about you once you walk out of there. I called to follow up on my lab results and was told I’ll be called so i have to wait, which was contrary to what i was told at the visit. Two weeks later I called again to follow up and no one answered. I had to walk in to the afc for answers. Only for me to be told that not all my labs were run. No one bothered to let me know this, meanwhile I came in with something they couldn’t figure out, which needed the results of the very test they didn’t run. They claim I’ve been referred to a gastroenterologist but I’ve still not received any information or appointment. This is really horrible and i do not feel like i was taken care of or treated well here. Horrible experience throughout.

  I cannot get a hold of anyone here. I tried calling several times with my cell and a friend's cell but all I seem to get is a dead line..

  We had an earache and thought we would go to urgent care since it was the weekend. Our wait was very fast and our nurse and doctor were very nice and seemed very helpful. I’m hoping I will feel better soon! I would recommend this urgent care.

  The rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. Do not go here, she will try to upcharge you and does not know or care to explain. Go to any other clinic.

  We had an appointment and was 15 minutes then waited for over an out watching our name get pushed back for people that came in after. Went up to the desk to ask why and they said they couldn't give an answer. why book appointments if it's not going to matter
