  I’ve had nothing but outstanding experiences with Hydration Lounge in Athens, AL. I’ve been there multiple times for hydration treatments, and every visit has been exactly as described—professional, effective, and well worth it. Brittany, the Nurse Practitioner, is truly exceptional. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, answers questions with confidence and clarity, and provides a level of personal care that makes you feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. Faith, the RN, is just as impressive—extremely patient-focused, kind, and professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to ensure a great experience. I also want to recognize the owners, Brianna and Teairah, who are both Nurse Practitioners. They started Hydration Lounge out of a sincere passion for patient care, and it truly shows in everything they do. In my experience, I have never dealt with providers who demonstrate this level of care and compassion for their patients—it’s simply unmatched. The treatments themselves have always delivered the results I was expecting, which is exactly why I continue to return. I recently saw a negative review that honestly doesn’t reflect anything close to what I’ve experienced. Based on my repeated visits, I can confidently say this business operates with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to their patients. Highly recommend Hydration Lounge to anyone looking for quality hydration therapy in the Athens area.

  I recently went in for neurotoxin injections. Both NP’s were under the supervision of a physician, and the three of them worked together to resolve my chief complaint. Plan of care was mapped out first, and when they began injecting, it was explained to me how and why each injection point would resolve my main cosmetic concern. Electronic consent forms made the check in process easy, and I experienced zero pain from injections. Both providers listened to my concern and worked together to map out the most cost effective way to provide the results i desired. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean and offers complimentary cold water and hot coffee. Music selection gave an upbeat vibe for the day which worked really for the tox party that they were having. The whole office was thoughtfully designed and decorated with the patient in mind. Getting the new recliners was one of their best moves. 10/10 would recommend. :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I recently visited Hydration Lounge in Athens after being sick, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. I received an IV bag from Faith, and it made such a difference in how I felt. After days of feeling run down, I left feeling refreshed, rehydrated, and so much better overall. The environment is incredibly clean, professional, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Faith was especially amazing—she is so sweet and gentle when administering IV fluids, and she took the time to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the whole experience even better. If you’re feeling under the weather, dehydrated, or just need a wellness boost, I highly recommend Hydration Lounge in Athens. The care and atmosphere there are top-notch, and I’m so grateful for the way Faith helped me feel like myself again.

  Words can’t adequately describe how thankful I am for the Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and the office staff at the Hydration Lounge. I have been a patient there for 3 years and I’ve watched this small business blossom into a great asset to our community. My daughter had the flu last month and was really sick and dehydrate, Faith took phenomenal care of my girl and got her IV the FIRST try after multiple people had tried at her pediatricians office earlier in the day. Nurse Practitioner Breanna walked her through each step and helped ease her anxiety and insured her it would be an easy process. SJ welcomed us with a smile and ready to help the moment we walked in the door. The entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable About their products and helped us decide which would be best to get her better quick!! Super thankful for them all and the Athens community is very blessed to have them!!

  I came here April 7, 2026 & got the Meyers cocktail. I had to go back April 8th (to get my change) & it was just MORE foolishness. Extremely terrible experience to say the least!!!! If you want knowledgeable and experienced people, DONT COME HERE!! They are extremely uneducated and don’t even know signs of dehydration or even harmful effects of fluid overload. Simple research can find these answers instantly! *Faith and the staff there were not warm and inviting upon walking in. *I was last service of the day and they didn’t care, you could tell they just wanted to go home. It’s important to ALWAYS put your best foot forward in business. They ALREADY have other 1 star reviews about their uninviting spirits!! *Faith made me extremely uncomfortable by putting a pressure cuff on the IV bag to speed up the process because she just wanted to go home. I was the only one there. *I felt VERY uncomfortable, fast heart rate, anxious, tired, exhausted, & almost drunk when I got up from the chair immediately after. A lot of discomfort in my backside which if you simply research, it CAN cause!! *They made me come up there a 2nd time to get my change bc I paid in cash and they didn’t have the key to the drawer. Gas is expensive!! *I had a terrible night sleeping because of this *The next day, Faith had an attitude with me and didn’t apologize for hurting me and denied it was her fault. Very un-sympathetic. She just gas-lit me. She brushed me off to Brittany. The nurse practitioner Brittany I spoke with couldn’t even tell me why I was having this pain. She was just grabbing for straws with unrelated reasons other than because of Faith’s mal-practice. It was ((VERY evident)) it was from mal-practice of Faith!! They BOTH gaslit me as they didn’t want a lawsuit on their hands!💯 A simple research can tell you negative effects of speeding up IV bags and yet they still denied the truth or just extremely uneducated. Idk which one or both. Either way SCARY!!! They dont care about their clients!! They are just in it for the money, you can tell. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE anyone NOT to come here if you value your life!!! They didn’t care and had an attitude and didn’t accept responsibility for their actions. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE practice!!!! They also had satanic music that was not peaceful there playing while I was having my IV. You would expect something melodious. Disgusting!! It was very strange because instead of waiting for me to come in, the lady with the dark brown/black hair was tacky and came out to me and counted the ones in cash in the parking lot when I arrived. How tacky!!! I told her I needed to go & talk to Faith about what she did and she let the door close In front of me as I was hurting and didn’t hold the door open and my daughter had to get the door for me. These women are NOT to be trusted!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, TACKY, & UNEDUCATED!!! I’d give negative 5 stars if I could!! You will regret coming here!! Certainly don’t put your life in the hands of Faith or Brittany or the dark brown/black hair woman. Absolute nightmare!!! It’s taken me a couple days just to recover from going there which I was ((not)) experiencing those side effects BEFORE going there!! The hydration lounge in front of Hobby Lobby is Madison is WAYY better!!!
