I haven’t been to this place in at least a year and they just charged over $200 on my credit card. Now I had to call the bank and get my card canceled and get a new one. How can they just arbitrarily charge to my account when I haven’t even been there. Don’t they even get IDs for the people who come in and get care. And don’t even try and call them. No! one! Ever! Answers! the! phone! You must get your phone number put on a list and then days later they call you out of the blue and the woman didn’t even speak English. I couldn’t understand a word she said. She finally ended up just hanging up the phone and now I have to start this stupid process all over again. Don’t trust these people!!!

Went for a DOT physical and they staff there were not only pleasant and friendly but they got me in and out faster than I expected but they were very helpful as I'm new here as to where to look for a local cdl driving job. Thank you very much to an exceptional staff!

I go to the Arab location. A couple of weeks ago when my husband and I seen there was a person that can write prescriptions. Neither of us like her. Then the original lady came in and changed my diagnosis which helped me. My husband has had to go back with the same issue. I also went back with the same issue and her telling me everything was good when I absolutely know better. I never want to go when she is in the clinic at all. The bad thing is I’ve been so sick I don’t know if it is 2 new women or just the one but her name is Meagan Hinkle

I’ve went back and forth on writing this review for a while simply because I didn’t think it was worth my time, but I think people should know my experience with this place. I started visiting this office a couple years ago because I was struggling with my health and was looking for a primary physician that was local and had flexible hours. I was suffering from crippling vertigo and fatigue. They found that I had a positive ANA and were supposed to refer me out. I tried corresponding with them for 4 months as to why I had not been called to scheduled with a rheumatologist. After multiple messages and 4 months later they finally responded telling me they could not help me because they did not note where they sent my referral. Another time I went I knew I had a UTI but their test came back negative. They sent me on my way with no treatment and said to have my OBGYN check me for ovarian cysts. I suffered for 3 days before going to the ER to find out I DID have a UTI and ecoli! The next encounter we had with them my husband had 2 rusty nails go in his foot and he needed a tetanus shot. He went in and everything went smoothly but his foot was swollen and he was limping and they didn’t even ask to look at his foot. The last time I went was just a basic sick visit which I always have to pay more there then I do anywhere else and I can never ask questions because they have no receptionist. It’s over $100 dollars before being seen with insurance. Well this is the second time they have texted me saying they are going to auto withdrawal an additional $80 dollars from my account. I’ve since found better care at another establishment. If you value your time, health and money you should too.
