  I went in because I kicked at a bucket and missed. I ended up kicking the door frame instead. I left in a boot! I showed up at 3:30, and they treated me like I wasn't arriving as they were trying to close.( they normally close at 4 Saturdays) Best doctor's office visit ever! Very nice, friendly, and I felt heard and given excellent care. 🥰 A bonus was the unbeatable price of less than $150 including x-rays ... that can't be beat!!!

  I was in need of minor urgent care believing I had strep throat and didn't want to wait on an appointment, my wife suggested MainStreet urgent care in Andalusia Alabama. I quickly made an appointment online and was seen promptly. The kiosk check in was easy to navigate and the medical team was courteous and professional. Thanks to all at Mainstreet Andalusia.

  I hate to show up to a business close to closing time, but this time I needed to. Showed up around 7:45 when they close at 8:00. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Dr Jackson was thorough and spent her time explaining things to me, to calm my mind and to know what to do next, and she was very knowledgeable. She never made me feel like I was a bother or that she was in a hurry to get out of there. Can’t tell them how much that meant to me. If I could guarantee that I would see her every time, I would be a lot less hesitant to go in the future.

  Worst experience I ever had there and I won't be back. I checked in and paid. 45 minutes later they discovered me sitting out front. They told me I hadn't checked in. I said you took my money at the kiosk. That's the problem with having a computer out front instead of a human being. If they didn't have to lock the front door they would have left me there! Will be going somewhere else from now on.

  I'm from Dothan but I'm up here at the River House fishing but I was very very happy with the care that I got from y'all today. She made getting stitches sort of fun
