She was awesome from the beginning! She tested me and diagnosed my range of loss and recommended the appropriate aids that I needed. She let me give them a trial run and when I decided to purchase them, she really began to show her skills. She is not only a very nice person, she really knows how to do her job! I am a DJ and I had a hard time adjusting to the new aids. They never sounded quite right, probably due to my comparing them to how I try to make my speakers sound. I felt like I became an annoyance to Christina by continually asking her to make changes to suit me. But she never wavered. She was always just as nice and understanding every time I went to see her for adjustments. She tailored to my requests, even if they were not effective in getting the results I wanted. Then she would explain to me the reason behind them not working and make her own adjustments to satisfy my requests. This last time she hit the nail on the head! I had an idea in my head of what I wanted but I couldn't describe it to her. She deduced what I was trying to say and softened the sounds in my aids. That was it! I was amazed at the difference she made in my aids by doing that. I am very satisfied with my new aids and I can't wait to use them daily. And Christina is the one to see if you want the same experience that I had. She really knows her stuff!
