Very helpful and friendly They took care of me quickly too. Had a breathing treatment while there and got a steroid shot and antibiotic shot. And a chest xray All included with my cash payment of $149. Not too bad !

Long wait in room for NP - once she came in she was only there less than 5 min . Said she’d send in two prescriptions to drugstore , those were never sent

Appointment time scheduled for 8:55 am. I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in. Waited until 9:30 am before being called back. Vitals were taken then waited another 40 minutes for swab results. The staff was pleasant enough but the waiting room atmosphere had drastically changed since my last visit. It is so impersonal plus there are not enough kiosk to handle more than one person at a time. No written instructions displayed on where to sign in with your 4 digit code. Fortunately a technician came out and told me where to sign. Not one of my better experiences.

The short wait time was the only positive thing about our visit. My 13 year old daughter injured her elbow at school so I brought here for a X-ray. The school nurse had already placed a sling on my daughter’s arm. The NP at Mainstreet never even took the sling off to do an assessment of my daughter’s arm. If she had, she would have seen the swelling. The NP said the X-ray looked fine to her but she would call if the radiologist saw anything. She offered my daughter a toradol shot. My daughter declined because what 13 year old wants a shot? The NP then told me that my daughter wasn’t really hurting because if she was, she would have gladly taken the shot. We left and after several hours of not hearing anything and my daughter still being in pain and swollen, I called the clinic back to see if the radiologist had seen anything on the X-ray to find out my daughter had an acute radial neck fracture. Instead of the NP offering to do what should have been done the initial visit (splint her arm and refer her to ortho) we were instructed to go to the ER to have that done.
