The treatment itself is awesome,I just think I shouldn't have to call constantly to no avail
- SSShelbyAug 8, 20221.0They would rather charge a $200 "CONSULTATION FEE" than help someone out who is in extreme TMJ pain. They told me everything would be covered under insurance except their fee, and I asked if that's just something they charge, and she said yes. Her excuse: The doctor has to do all these scans and spend all this time with you, so you have to pay the doctor for his "time". Squeeze your patients for every dollar they have, you clearly need it more than your patients need help. Edit: I'm not calling you guys. The women in the front saw I was in pain, saw that I was crying and heard me tell them I couldn't afford a "consultation fee" that no one told me about the 3-4 times I spoke with someone over the phone.... I found another Dr who cares more about their patients than just making easy money. I couldn't eat for two weeks straight, but thank you for caring now that it's too late.

They answered all my questions and they were very professional, nice and kind. Can't wait to go back in get my braces eventually!
