You order online and NO ONE TELLS YOU THEY DONT HAVE YOUR ITEM. then the store manager Blake lies to you saying he cancelled the order but never did and I am still being charged! As a store manager he cannot do anything about it and makes his customers call customer service because he’s too lazy to do anything about it! He cancelled the order AFTER I contacted him 7 hours later and he LIED ABOUT CANCELING THE ORDER until I called him out on it! Then said if I had a problem to take it up with corporate because he won’t do anything it’s not his fault! I contacted GNC customer service today and they told me the manager Blake wasn’t going to be held accountable because he fed them lies that he offered me free shipping and all these other things that he absolutely did not offer me and he continues to lie and GNC corporate is doing absolutely nothing about it! When you have a store manager that lies repeatedly to cover his own butt that is not a trustworthy manager, and GNC should be ashamed of themselves across the board. This is my last time to ever shop there. Your service is pathetic, and Blake needs to be replaced. Period. As he was one of my managers, he would’ve been gone a long time ago. THIS IS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME EVER!
