  Everyone involved with my visit was very thorough and friendly.  Wait time was about average as any other medical facility, clean building which is always an additional plus.

  After booking online for a DOT physical exam at the time of arrival nurse clerk asked to fill up forms again even thought I mencioned that all information requested was already provided … she just added “I’m sorry” then she asked me to pay $190.00 before going in I did on my credit card … normal DOT exam after done with it I asked for the proof of my visit … was extended to me and left no further request ….. days later I gave on mail that my balance is $ 110.00 dollars since they requested to my insurance to pay that amount and insurance denied to pay … of course when at the time I visited clinic never provide info of my insurance but they did requested …. How ? Well since couldn’t get paid from insurance they are telling me that they are going to collect those $ 110.00 dollars from my credit card and they did .. about a month later I get on the mail a statement showing that after their collections I still owe $ 80.00 that I need to pay …. So now is not $ 195.00 they are requesting a total amount of $380.00 I’m going online on their link they provide … me thinking I just want to get rid of this robbery … after filling up my information to pay the $ 80.00 my eyes couldn’t believe it now instead of asking for 80 they are asking $ 110.00 this is ridiculous .. it does seem that they practice this kind of abuses on daily basis is unreal … stay away from these clinics I’m assuming they practice the same process to steal peoples money

  Kiana and Kelley were both excellent! Very kind, professional, and thorough yet fast. I’m not from the area and needed care while on a business trip. Kiana especially made sure I was well cared for and pointed me to the closest pharmacy too, which I appreciated.

  From the front desk clerk, the nurse that took my vitals and gave me a shot in my booty lol, the x-ray tech, the nurse practitioner they were all awesome, they showed that they cared about my pain and wanted to make me feel better. I truly appreciate this team!!! You guys rock!!! Thank you!!! ☺️

  Needed to make sure I wasn't contagious, as I've been visiting a lived one in the hospital for 16 days. Doctor/ Nurse Practioner said my virus wasn't contagious. Gsve me a steroid shot and prescribed meds for my vomiting and diarrhea. Today I feel much better. I very highly recommend AFC alabaster. Everyone - from check in to leaving - made my experience great.
