  This was my first time ever to any walk in medical clinic and I was very reluctant to try it. I was greeted immediately and I will say I found some of the form filling out to be redundant but it wasn't hard and didn't take that long. I had a very short wait, maybe 5 minutes, and I was back in an exam room and having vitals and preliminary symptoms checked. I had to provide a urine sample and that was checked very quickly and then a PA came in and gave me a thorough going over and listened to my symptoms. She was attentive and obviously listening and absorbing what she heard. She gave me the results of the quick urine test and gave me her initial diagnosis and taking my drug allergies into account she prescribed an appropriate medicine and then told me about the further lab testing that would happen to my sample and how the results of that might require a change of medication and that I would be contacted as soon as the results were available. I left feeling like I had a very successful visit and my wife, who is a retired RN/BSN felt the same way. I was contacted 2 days later with the results of my labwork and the initial diagnosis was confirmed and the testing indicated that the medicine I was prescribed was an excellent choice. I would go back to this clinic again without hesitation

  I went here for the first time about a week ago, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience. I usually struggle to go to urgent care or the ER, even when I’m in a lot of pain, but I decided to give this place a try, and I’m really glad I did. From the moment I walked in, everything felt easy and welcoming. I filled out the paperwork and was seen almost immediately. They took my concerns seriously, did a thorough exam, and ran blood tests for my abdominal pain and bloating. I received my results just a few days later, which was a huge relief. What really stood out to me was how comfortable I felt here. At most places I’ve been to, I haven’t felt nearly as at ease as I did coming here. The entire team made me feel listened to, understood, and cared for. That kind of compassion makes such a difference, especially when you’re not feeling your best. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone who may be hesitant or nervous about seeking medical help. It made a stressful situation so much easier.
