On my trip to Alaska I left my insulin in Oregon and the staff at the Pharmacy worked so hard and was able to get not only my Insulin but other medication I needed, working with my insurance on a weekend! They we so patient with me, when I was being crazy. Made sure I had everything I needed even at the last minute with smiles on their Faces and making me laugh at the end. It was so nice to be able to work with such professional people. Thank you so much all of you and that was morning crew afternoon, crew and evening crew cause I was there several times worried about what was going on. They are very busy people. I watched them and they greeted everybody with a smile, even when people were not being very nice to them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

A consistently amazing, professional, accurate, and efficient staff. I started using this pharmacy in 2018. I've had a variety of very complicated medication situations, including poor communication coming from other medical offices. They are very patient, expedient, and polite. They listen closely to understand my needs, and consistently and resolve them quickly. They are very reliable. They have very accommodating hours, and are able to work through issues even during evenings and weekends. They must have a great manager because the staff that is there has been there a very long time. It brings a lot of comfort to know that at least this aspect of my medical care is reliable. I've had the option of pharmacies within a few minutes from my home but I've decided to continue to drive 50 minutes to use this very pharmacy. Lastly, they are often able to answer the phone; I rarely have to leave a message and when I do, it gets a response quickly. Even the automated system is efficient and accurate. I wish everyone had a pharmacy like this to count on.

Way too hard to get someone on the phone. Doesn't give you the option to opt out of any of the keypad options and then after you sit and don't touch anything for a few minutes it will start ringing to the pharmacy except they don't answer. Finally did get someone on the phone by the name of Lindsey she was very helpful and friendly.
