I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Walgenbach who in my opinion saved my brother from brain injury or worse. The only reason not a 5 star rating is that I was surprised that the exam fee and fitting fee was considerably higher than other clinics. Still very happy, just surprised. My fault for not checking beforehand.

Soldotna PCHS was terrible, the front desk person Christopher was absolutely a stuck up individual and 100% unsympathetic. We were running slightly late soldotna was fixing some potholes and the paperwork that would have taken 2 minutes with their new policy has to be turned in before the appointment. I will strictly only be going to Kenai location. Pchs needs to understand life happens but cancelling a whole appointment that takes 10 to 15 mins for 2 min paperwork is crazy.

Sarah Huot, OT, provided not only an initial evaluation and OT services, she also educated me on my diagnosis and treatment options. She was thorough as well as compassionate about the impact of my condition on my lifestyle and her commitment to assist as possible to my rehabilitation. Thank you Sarah!

Well if there’s any reason to post a review, spent hours getting my son ready to be seen, all paperwork filled out for him, horrible day out, sat up stairs for another 20 minutes waiting, went down and asked, they don’t even see kids his age, I know I told her ages, days beforehand. while I’m sitting there elderly lady has to tell short haired gal not to be rude, really a snooty individual, Pretty sure this gal remembered me from last time I tried getting care there (wasn’t pleasant) the other ladies are really nice. Understandably I m being taught patience; this woman needs taught kindness.
