My daughter got upset (after seeing my son start bleeding after his shot) and I asked for five minutes to calm her down. The pharmacist said they aren’t a clinic and she can’t go back and forth. She refused to give her the shot. Disappointed to have to fill out all the paperwork, have your insurance billed, wait and then be refused.

They are competent, consistent and empathetic. They have made managing prescriptions significantly easier and less stressful. I know I’m not the only one who benefits from their exceptional care. Since they make my life easier, I make regular trips to North Pole because of the outstanding service they provide. Safeway should truly value and recognize their dedication and professionalism.
