I don't love how they never answer the phone but the staff is always friendly and professional in person

They never answer their phone and they are rude to you when you express your concerns regarding the phone line. Why even have a phone number if there’s none to answer It

This pharmacy is horrible. No one ever answeres the phone. I live far from town and try to call for an update about my prescription and for three days now no one has answered the phone or called me back. I even contacted Safeway main line and spoke to three different managers about this. No one has STILL ever called me back. And they dont give a shi. So now tomorrow I get to go to town to speak with someone about something that could have been done over the phone. This is life after the coronavirus. No one really cares about their job anymore.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
