  I loose my appointment for being 10 minutes late, however they can be 10 minutes behind and then not be able to find the Doctors orders. Really unprofessional, I will never be back.

  easy to access, and the person who was the phlebotomist was absolutely amazing! Great bedside manner, extremely personable, knowledgeable, and thorough.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Had an appointment made for 8am. Checked in at the kiosk 10 minutes early and waited... There was a lady there as a walk in who got in before me at 8:15am, so their statement of "appointments receive preference" is bologna. Tried to talk to a staff member who was behind the glass to reschedule as I had a meeting at 8:30am and was ignored. I walked out at 8:30am. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND.
