I'd like to give a shout out to their employee Triya who is such a hard worker and she has such a sunny personality. I swear, I came in the gym and she greeted everyone...while she was also cleaning the door and then not even 45 minutes later, she was cleaning up the shower area. Seriously, give this woman a raise. It is so nice to have employees who really take pride in the gym that they work for. It makes a real difference.

I have valid reason to believe it was not just “enforcing” rules but backed with malice towards people of color. Get your staff straightened out, it’s disgusting to see people treating kids like this. I have also been to many Planet Fitness’s and this is by far the absolute worst. The bathroom was filthy, and the price of their membership is not worth the number and variety of machines/ weights and hours of operation.
