- OWOrren WilkinsonJul 19, 20251.0I got sick and needed medicine. The pharmacist just taunted me and refused to work with the VA. Its crazy that theyd treat anybody like this, especially a veteran. I just went without and i was very sick. They are some seriously sick and deranged people.

- BBBrianOct 12, 20231.0Staff is unknowledgeable and extremely unprofessional. I talked to three different people there at the pharmacy to fill an insulin prescription, first person told me they had to get a pre authorization from my doctor so I called my doctor and had them call and authorize. An hour later I talked to another person at the same pharmacy that told me there wasn’t anything in the computer about needing a pre authorization but there was another issue but he was able to clear by restarting the system and they could partially fill my order with no charge until I picked up the whole order, I went in to the pharmacy and talked to a third guy who insisted I had to pay for the full order in order to receive a third of the order and that the rest was on back order so he they weren’t going to be able to complete the order even if I paid for it but i could take the two of six boxes if I paid for all six. Being a diabetic without insulin I had to buy the two boxes and after doing so the guy entered it as the entire order of six boxes was picked up so now I’m left with 2 of the 6 boxes and insurance won’t cover the remaining 4 boxes and Fred’s says I picked up all 6 according to their computers. This pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
