  Needing a tooth extraction that is causing extreme pain. Only to be told last minute, they can't do it. This place lacks principle. Then on top of it. Cold stares from the receptionist. It was a terrible experience. Perfect example of people who shouldn't be in the medical field.

  Don't use if you have Medicaid After waiting 5 days and finally calling after being told to wait... I was told the Doctor wasn't willing to take my case. Great😭.. Thanks for waiting 5 days while I'm in extreme pain to tell me no. I don't even care that you don't want to take my case but giving me the run around every time I called and then telling me no is upsetting. I'm a real person with pain waiting for your decision. 💔

  Beware that a legitimate cancelled appointment was forwarded to collections. They don't take BlueCross/BlueShield Federal - one of the most widely used insurances. I ended up paying $225.44 for absolutely ZERO services, and there wasn't even an issue to be performed - all was based on a 'bogus referral' they received. We live in an evil world, full of thieves, and Alaska Oral is on the list. Ridiculous business practice, never again will I be talked into 'a referral', costly experience, yet could have been much worse - like "allowing them to perform". Caution recommended. ZERO STARS.

  I felt there was something off about the amount they charged me. I looked at previous review about someone being scammed and I realized they did the same to me. Would not recommend this place.
