  Waiting room was dirty and smelled like a fecal sample. One person waiting before me. 4 techs on phones not paying attention to waiting room. Once the person in front of me left it was 10 min past my appointment time which isn’t terrible but considering staff was on their phones and i was now the only person in there it’s ridiculous. The young man who did her appointment also did mine apparently he was the only one working. The whole establishment had extremely dirty floors and no one cleaning rooms. The young man who took my blood was very nice and did it quickly but did not have the cleanest room or glove up properly. This is my second blood draw here where i have been anxious about sanitation. I watched like a hawk the needle leaving sheath into my arm. I wish they would wash hands before gloving or sanitizer and after for their sake. The place scares me and it really needs to be cleaned. It’s dirty and disgusting I wont be back.

  Scheduling was easy and the staff were accommodating getting correct insurance info. Given that the multiple blood draws had to be done without a tourniquet, staff were very professional and efficient and effective. Directions were easy to understand for urine catch, too. These staff are setting the bar high for future lab work!
