After a while she finally tried it and it worked. The rest of the time she was passive aggressive. I asked for clarification on pricing options and she snarkily replied “what do you mean”. She also treated me like I wasn’t going to be able to afford the glasses by saying “these are an expensive pair” while looking at me like I was going to change my mind. Overall it was very poor customer service.
