The staff didn’t say one word to me the entire time I was looking. Not a “Hello!” Or a “Can I help you find anything?” Nope… they just kept talking & joking amongst themselves like I didn’t even exist. I was obviously struggling too! I was so excited to get my first ever pair of glasses when I walked in! But I walked out unnoticed with nothing… Thanks for nothing LensCrafters!

- CBcathryn bushDec 31, 20251.0Previously purchased glasses here in 2020 or 2021. Between then and now, I’ve been purchasing solely contacts at Costco. It’s time for new glasses or at least lenses. I went back and the customer service here has taken a dive. Rude and unhelpful. The lady that “assisted” me clearly didn’t want to be at work. Her attitude was poor at best. Our family will not be back and I will mention avoiding this location to anyone any time the conversation comes up. Use Costco or try one of the many private practices our city has to offer.
