I went back and the customer service here has taken a dive. Rude and unhelpful. The lady that “assisted” me clearly didn’t want to be at work. Her attitude was poor at best. Our family will not be back and I will mention avoiding this location to anyone any time the conversation comes up. Use Costco or try one of the many private practices our city has to offer.

She made the adjustments needed and even adjusted the bridge area (I didn't even know they could do that). These glasses now feel better than any of my glasses ever had. Kathy was wonderful!!!! I'm so thankful she was who greeted me when I walked in. 😊 Extremely pleased!!!

I told her what my insurance was and she said something along the lines that there’s no way that it’s that insurance and that I need to look again. I asked her to try it and she wouldn’t. After a while she finally tried it and it worked. The rest of the time she was passive aggressive. I asked for clarification on pricing options and she snarkily replied “what do you mean”. She also treated me like I wasn’t going to be able to afford the glasses by saying “these are an expensive pair” while looking at me like I was going to change my mind. Overall it was very poor customer service.
