- GYGlen YanchaDec 21, 20252.0Went to pick up my Rx and they said I had to resubmit it and would take 30mins. So I said okay, and continued to do our shopping. After 30mins I returned expecting it to be ready but that was not the case. The guy couldnt find it in the system. He said Ill submit it and it will be ready in 30mins. I told him that that is what you guys told me 30mins ago that it will be ready in 30mins. Now its going to take another 30mins because an employee failed to submit it to be processed. The guy had no care in the world with his customer service. I would think working in Pharmacy employees would have to be detail oriented, and caring. Seems the pressure with dealing with a lot of people in line got to them which caused poor service.
