- JCjeff christiansonMar 17, 20251.0i brought in 2 good rx coupons for prescriptions.i explained to the gentleman at the counter that i needed to transfer my prescriptions from fred meyer as my price with my insurance was getting to high.he was very nice and took down all the information including my good rx coupons.when i got the text that my prescriptions were ready one of them was the exact same price as at fred meyer with insurance.when i picked them up i brought my coupon with and explained to the clerk sonia that i didnt think they used the coupon she got very rude and said it can be done only one way or the other.i have never made a complaint in my life but this was more like a verbal assault than poor customer service.i hope she has a better rest of the day.
