I find this location is very helpful and I actually moved my scripts from a different pharmacy because of their assistance.

The pharmacists at this location are rude and prejudicial. I have had the same prescription for years (and the same amount, not that that’s their business), but because it is a controlled substance they are beyond rude to me every time I pick it up. Every single month they do some thing like refuse to fill the prescription when it is due without “double checking” with my doctor first that it is the correct prescription. I’ve had to come back up to three times over three days to get one refill given to me because there is always so much pushback from the pharmacists. When confronted, they called me a liar. I don’t know why anyone would choose this profession if they’ve got an issue with giving people prescribed drugs. Go to a different pharmacy.

The bottle we received from Carr's pharmacy says 1 cap 3 times a day for 7 days. We followed the bottle then half way through realized there is way more pills here then the prescription on the bottle label says to take. We checked what was prescribed by the doctor and it says to take 2 capsuls 3 times a day for 7 days. So because negligence of the pharmacist the prescribed amount hasn't been followed. We called to talk to the pharmacist and they said it was a mistake they made on the label. This was for a critical infection following an ER visit. Right now hoping the advice from pharmacist to do the two pills from here on will be adequate.
