1-Star Review Carrs Pharmacy – Dimond Blvd Location If you’re looking for professionalism or even the bare minimum of customer service, avoid this pharmacy—especially the technician I dealt with. He claimed he would transfer my prescription over and assured me he was “on top of it,” but weeks went by with no progress. I provided the necessary information not only over the phone but also hand-delivered it to him personally. After all that, he turned around and said he couldn’t get the information. Really? Sounds more like a used Carrs salesman—all talk, no follow-through. Rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, he flat-out refused to assist me or take my business seriously. I had no choice but to transfer my prescriptions to Fred Meyer, where I was helped immediately with no excuses. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire organization. Carrs lost a loyal customer because of one employee’s refusal to do his job.

Been using this pharmacy for years. Found out that Pharmacist Nathan is no longer working here, bec I got an issue with one prescription. Sad. Nathan told me to mention what I got to the pharmacist if not him. But the new pharmacist won't consider what they usually giving me, saying this is what I get and he cannot change it, well, confused why not my preferred. One of their techs butted in and explained something in the computer and immediately he said he can change it now. Ultimately, I'm a little frustrated that why can't you check first what I'm getting for years, and entirely switch to another generic brand without me knowing first.

Worst service l have ever experienced. My prescription was called in before 9:00am went down to pick it up (at Diamond Carrs) and was told nothing had been called in so I called the provider who intern called the pharmacy and was told that they hadn’t checked their voicemail from providers because they have been so busy today so she made the order. I went back after waiting in line for another 20 minutes and was told it won’t be ready for 15 or 20 minutes, this will be the last time I ever use cars pharmacy for any medication‘s

I enjoy coming here alone on a walk, there's still one bench outside to sit on, everything is stocked regularly, I LOVE their deli. One of my favorite Safeways in town
