I get that theft is rampant but teach your staff the difference between a thief and law abiding citizen. I will gladly drive across town to another grocery if it means not being harassed after doing your job for you.

I've never seen or heard of a PHARMACY to just decide not to answer the phone... not just 1 pharmacy..... multiple pharmacy at Carrs have adapted this behavior... I've never seen this in my 24 years as a certified pharmacy technician... I couldn't do that. Just not answer the ringing phone.... Other then that, I love all the staff at all the Carrs pharmacies!!!!!

(My doctor prescribed (2) 10mg pills instead of (1) 20mg pill) So the pharmacist didn't transfer the 'script or call me to tell me! What? How did this numbskull graduate pharmacy school? I get my 'scripts elsewhere.
