Awful customer service whether it’s on the phone or in person. I feel like I’ve personally offended them 99% of the time that I speak to someone. Constantly claiming to not have an Rx and I have to go back and forth between them and the doctors office. I never have the confidence to say anything about it until recently I explained these things to the pharmacist and his response was “I don’t know what to tell you”. Highly suggest anywhere else.

Extremely poor customer service with zero care or concern. They aren’t even following their own internal practices. I have been calling the pharmacy for over a week to check on the status of a prescription sent electronically by my doctor. The line was never answered. I called multiple times a day, daily at different times (to try and miss any “rush”) for the past week with it never being answered. Finally had the ability to go in tonight to find out my medication is back ordered and they neglected to call me about it. When asked why they couldn’t answer the calls they said they must have been busy, but I explained that I called at all times a day for over a week; they ignored the statement and brushed me off. I’m not generally one to confront on issues like this but was worried their line was turned off. Turns out they just don’t care or have the ability to care.

I give 2 stars because I eventually get the prescription or vaccine I asked for. However, most staff are irritable, impatient, very poor listeners, with poor to no customer service skills. Phon service is a serious barrier to reaching staff.

Out of the 4 other pharmacies I’ve tried in anchorage I still think Carrs on Abbott is the best! I never have any problems.

This is located just inside of the sliding doors closest to the Home Depot side. They're very courteous and make you feel welcome. They explain your medications to you and make sure you know if the meds need to be taken with or without food and if you shouldn't 🚗 drive. They answer your questions/concerns before you leave the counter.
