I went at lunch time to pick up my partner's prescription, which had been submitted that morning by urgent care. I gave the woman his information and she said, "Does he have insurance?" I said no. She said, 'Oh, well, because he doesn't have insurance and he's new to the store, we didn't fill it.' She said it would take 30-40 minutes, which I didn't have. I returned after work and spoke to another woman who said she would get his prescription. I said he had two. She said the other one was just an over-the-counter and I could get it myself. She got the one prescription and I told her he had a GoodRx card. She replied, "Yes, we applied that for extra savings." Because he had sent me an image that showed the cost at that store, I believed her. When I saw the price, I realized she had not applied the GoodRx card. I paid full price and walked out. I will never use this pharmacy again.
