You’d think the pharmacist gets paid extra NOT to answer phones. Multiple voicemails left, no response. Every single time I try to call (and I’m talking about over the span of MONTHS), they NEVER answer the phone. On very rare occasions, I leave a voicemail, hear nothing and then miraculously my prescription is filled- most of the time however, i just hear nothing. Why do you even have phones if they don’t seem to work? I shouldn’t have to drive out to the store every time I have a simple question. It’s ridiculous how unreliable this pharmacy is.

Went to pick up scripts and told weren’t done and when I asked how long it would be I was told very rudely “I don’t know, I just got here” Came back next day to pick them up, told there was an issue with insurance and they would rectify it and I can come back in an hour. Called to make sure ready since I’ve already come twice and not ready and was told they didn’t have one of my meds. I was not given any other options but to wait until 2 days later. I called a near by Carrs (on Northern Lights) and very helpful gentleman looked in the system and found that the Carrs at another location (Huffman) could help me and transferred me to their phone line. Huffman helped me and did it quickly and was very nice and helpful! Seward location couldn’t care less I was going to go two days without meds nor looked in their system to see if another location could get them. I would give zero stars if I could!!!! Definitely will never use the Seward location again.

I called this location to transfer a prescription. I got the name right but the dosage wrong. (My doctor prescribed (2) 10mg pills instead of (1) 20mg pill) So the pharmacist didn't transfer the 'script or call me to tell me! What? How did this numbskull graduate pharmacy school? I get my 'scripts elsewhere.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
