  Excellent customer service here. From the booking online, to my eye exam to picking glasses, to final fitting and pickup; Specsavers were excellent. Staff was efficient and friendly. It was always busy when I went in, but never seemed chaotic. pricing was excellent too. Got two pairs for half of what I was expecting. When I need another eye exam, and eventually replacement glasses, I'll be back for sure.

  Specsavers has the latest equipment in their clinic, it made a big difference to the comfort of my eye exam. My glasses came when they said they would, and they were carefully fitted for comfort. The prescription is perfect. Thanks, everyone!

  I worked with Crystal at the Spruce Grove location and she was amazing. She helped me navigate the glasses ordering process to ensure I both got what I needed and got the best price possible with the current sale offered by the store. Crystal was also able to get both my medical plan and my wife's medical plan to work during the transaction so I paid the lowest amount possible out of pocket without needing to make insurance claims later. This was my first Spec Savers experience and both Spec Savers and Crystal made the experience as pain free as possible!

  I just had my first eye exam, in years. The team and the flow of my visit here made me feel like it was nothing shy of being pampered at a spa. I brought my two kids in and my husband. They set our exams up so it would move smoothly. It was incredible. We were greeted by Michelle. She was excited to see the customer. It felt so good. So the first experience was definitely human connection. There were too many amazing humans in here to fully experience, as there was an abundance of staff. It was beautiful. The eye doctor was so wonderful. She’s gentle, and very kind. She was quick, but addressed all my concerns I didn’t even know I was allowed to concern to an eye doctor. I loved her. Amazing. I’m sorry pardon my ignorance of what position everyone in there has, I am not familiarized with the industry, but the optician was on site with wonderful advice wow, I’m sorry I cannot remember her name but she was amazing. I was helped by Lindsay (girl I hope I spelled your name right) You are bar none amazing. Joav (I hope I spelled your name correctly my apologies) came in half way through our appointment she was fabulous. There was a young her lady helping both of my sons, I’m sorry miss I cannot remember your name and I looked, pardon my ignorance. You are amazing. All around my experiences are determined by connection. I’m a long time loyal customer so I need to find my people for everything. These are my eye people, this is my eye doctor office, this is now where I come to get as many frames and glasses as I want because the price was also something to write home to mom about. I’ve been charged so much for glasses, from Walmart before and the experiences wasn’t worth the cost. So the price I paid for my entire family was half the cost Walmart charged me quite a few back. So pricing for a whole eye exam plus glasses was absolutely affordable. Did not break the bank. I want to address the store size and layout, the flow of it is so natural. Not once did I ever feel uncomfortable. There are so many frame styles to choose from, but it wasn’t overwhelming, which made this visit even better. The perfect amount of selection. The store was very clean, and well organized. Just an all around perfect experience. 10/10 I will be back again. Thank you John, your staff is wonderful, you’ve done a really nice job here. Thank you again to you and ALL of your amazing staff and the ones I didn’t get to meet. I appreciate you guys and the patience you guys have for your customers. It was a breath of fresh air. I am happy to share this place with everyone, and I invite anyone with any eye concerns, new glasses, you need a tune up? I invite Spruce Grove, and surrounding area patrons to this Spec Savers location. I promise it will be amazing. Thank you.
