  really enjoy working with Home Instead as a Health Care Aide. The team is supportive and I feel appreciated for the care I provide to clients. It is rewarding to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, and I like knowing that my work makes a real difference. The schedule can be flexible, and management is usually available when I need help or guidance. Overall, it has been a positive and fulfilling place to work !!

  Please please please stay away Had a loved one who used this company The incompetency and the laziness of the staff is outstanding. The care that was provided was absolutely terrible. When problems were brought up to the owners. The majority of the solution was just getting rid of the client not fixing the problem with the caretakers. No one should have to deal with care that is like that, it is very sad that they get to run a business and take advantage of people like that. please stay away save you and your loved ones the heartache and headache.

  Our family had the pleasure of dealing with Judy and her staff for the past 2 years or so. We hired them to look after our dad in his home. We so appreciated the great communication with Judy and her staff during this time. They answered all our calls, texts and emails promptly and addressed any concerns immediately. It was very obvious they cared and were quick to resolve any concerns. Our dad ended up needing more care than they could provide therefore we had to move on. Regardless of the fact that we no longer had a contract with them, Judy still made a point of stopping in and visiting our dad while he was in the hospital. She also continued to respond quickly when I had questions for her to help me navigate in a different direction. We just want to say a big thank you for all the care and assistance you provide us and we greatly recommend this company.
