I go to Nadia for my testing and she is wonderful as well. The first place I went to was on the Northside of Edmonton. My husband and I moved to Sherwood Park about 8 yrs ago, and we continued at the Edmonton one until he passed 5 yrs. ago in December. Living, by myself I didn't want to travel all over the place so I started looking for everything I could at Synergy. Last, but not least I went to see Nadia. She explained things to me, let me ask questions. I felt very safe with her and confident of my hearing. I had never had that at my previous place. I am allowed to come in anytime if I need help and talk to the girls at the desk. They help me as well. My name is Fran Stockard and everyone there feels like family. Of course there are lots of older people there, like myself, and I notice how well everyone is treated when they come into the clinic. Lots of us are alone, and a friendly face, a smile, and a little conversation can make your whole day. Thank you, so much. Fran

She patiently answered every one of my Grandpa’s questions and made sure he was completely taken care of without hesitation. I’m not sure who owns this company, but they need to know—Jessica deserves a raise!
