  Specsavers Sherwood Park Mall was an amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone. From the ease of booking an appointment online (with very short turnaround), to the friendliness and professionalism of the optometrist during the exam, to the patience shown by the team throughout picking frames. And finally to Chloe, who carefully explained everything in detail from lenses, options and pricing with such a positive attitude. Truly 10 out of 10 customer service. And the selection of frames was great too with a very nice price special added in.

  This review is specifically for Olga. She approached my husband and I when we went in to see if we could find frames he would love. And we fell in love with her! She's so friendly, and she allowed us space but was right there when we needed to ask something. She shared a bit about herself with us and was so warm and welcoming. We think she must be kind of new, but she did the measurements correctly and gave really good information about our options. She requested assistance with something while entering the info on the computer and sadly whomever came to assist (possibly a manager) was really quite rude to her, in front of us! She handled Olga's request quite unprofessionally, almost "scolding" her for simply entering something in the wrong order--- very disconcerting. Overall though, Olga made the experience pleasant and my husband is very excited for his order to arrive. Thank you, Olga. We're very glad you found your way here.

  It was my first time to visit this place. After the eye exam, a staff checked & measured the glasses that I chose including sunglasses and the other staff(Fon) came to help the staff just to make sure everything was right for me. She checked the sunglasses, had me put them on, and recommended me to try different pairs based on my eye sight, how they fit with my nose bridge, etc. She brought a few different pairs and Wow, they fit pretty well and I chose the best. So I asked her if she could choose another pair of glasses that could go well with my worksite. She found a few pairs and I chose the best as well. She was amazing at not only finding the right eyeglasses but the explanations she gave me about them. She was professional and I haven't experienced something like this for a long time. Thank you so much for your great help, Fon and I really appreciate what you did today.

  The staff were friendly. That was a huge thing for me. I went in just to browse, and see how much it would cost for frames. They told me about deals they have. I live in Millwoods and I went back there to buy my glasses because they were so friendly. I highly recommend.
