- RERo EdwardsNov 1, 20255.0This was my 3rd or fourth pair from this location. The customer service is always excellent and staff are always helpful and friendly. I went in a couple of months ago and after approx 60 days, I just couldn't continue with the pair I received. Ive worn glasses for over 40 years, and never have a hated a pair so much or ever, really. They hurt even after adjustments, the progressives seemed off for sight line, they continually trapped hair strands in the arms, and my hair was getting yanked out every time I took them off. The frames and glass also seemed incredibly cheap. But, when I came in to return and order a different pair, there was no problem at all. I found another pair and I'm incredibly happy with them. They feel like good quality, they dont hurt and my hair isnt getting yanked out. Thank you to everyone! I highly recommend this location and will continue to purchase my glasses here
