- SSSandra SuanteApr 8, 20261.0In my experience, I say No respect for client and no respect for other people's time. Thats for sure! I booked an appointment here last Feb. It was apparently a sale price i think 150$ . I thought i' d try if they are any good. A 10$ deposit taken off my account. That was totally fine. Come the day of my appointment. I drove an hour then I received a call saying that Lola, the staff, is still in Mexico Airport or something. Whew! I came all the way for the appointment and they are just telling me while i was 5 minutes away from them. When I called back to rebook its was so difficult because I was told that this Lola is only available certain times and certain days in Sherwood as she also works in Edmonton. Then I messaged them to say i do not plan to come anymore, that to be fair they shouldn't have taken off that 10$ deposit as I do not plan to come anyway. Also, the cancellation was not my fault, it was their fault. Its only fair to return my 10$. I received a reply saying they will return my 10$. But they never did. They need the 10$ more than I do. Happy to help. Extremely poor customer service to start with.
