- RCReg CrawfordMar 30, 20265.0My daughter received her second set of hearing aides recently and continues to work with Tania Gors at Amplifon Sherwood Park. My daughter suffers with an anxiety disorder and orders her life for maximum predictability. Unexpected problems are hard for her to navigate. Tania and the front office staff both understand and accept this. They are patient and willing to take a little extra time when needed to help her understand and deal with the new devices. Tania is very knowledgeable and explains things my daughter wants and needs to know in terms she can grasp. It is about relationships, key to good client service. We highly recommend this team. They have a good product and are willing to consistently provide excellent follow up service.

I learned many things about hearing loss from Tania and I was more than happy to commit to hearing aids in December 2025. Getting them fitted with ear molds really worked best for me. I haven't had any issues with inserting them or wearing them daily thanks to the expertise of Tania.

From our first mtg to my final fitting, she made sure that the tech and the fit were right for me. I have unusually narrow ear canals and have trouble finding earplugs. I also suffer from bilateral tinitus. I went to 3 hearing aid clinics. They all had lovely service and tried their best, but were unable to address my tinnitus or find a comfortable fit. Natalie knows her tech and has excellent mastery of digital connectivity. She made deft adjustments to give me clear sound and patiently trained me to use my phone to make adjustments myself. I am so grateful to have found Natalie. She not only improved my hearing, but eliminated my hsb's frustration with the all too frequent, 'can you repeat that.' LOL
