After receiving a prescription, we went straight to the pharmacy, where Loida truly went above and beyond. Despite a busy environment, she took the time to thoroughly review the medication and immediately caught something I had missed: my son is allergic to amoxicillin, and I had failed to mention it to the doctor. Thanks to Loida’s incredible attention to detail and quick action, the error was caught before the medication was dispensed. She and her team helped me get a new prescription right away and filled it on the spot, sparing us from having to go through the entire process again or drive all the way back from the lake. This kind of care isn’t just exceptional, it’s lifesaving. For all I know, Loida may have saved my son from a serious medical emergency.
