Had an excellent experience here. Jovita was very helpful and made sure to tell us all of the available deals/options. We had some hiccups obtaining my prescription (done at a different optician) but despite this, Jovita was very patient and made sure we had the best possible experience. Mary was also very helpful on the phone and in person when finalizing our purchase. Would definitely recommend this location.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience today with Jennifer at LensCrafters.
For context, I’ve been searching for new glasses for months. I’ve visited multiple stores in different cities, tried on countless frames, taken photos, and still couldn’t find the right pair in my budget. On top of that, my glasses were recently chewed by a dog I was looking after, so I suddenly needed a new pair urgently.
Before arriving at LensCrafters today, I had already been to three other stores. One didn’t acknowledge me at all, another tried to pressure me into buying frames that didn’t suit me, and the third barely offered any help. I left each one feeling frustrated, judged, and overwhelmed.
Then I walked into LensCrafters — and Jennifer came up right away with the warmest, friendliest energy. She immediately made me feel comfortable, not judged, and not pressured, which was incredibly important to me. I showed her an old photo of a pair of glasses I had tried on months ago (with no info in the photo!) and she instantly knew which frames they were and took me right to them.
She helped me compare shapes, colors, and styles, answered every question I had, and genuinely guided me instead of pushing a sale. Her patience, honesty, and kindness made the whole experience stress-free. She even walked me through the pricing differences, insurance coverage, and all lens options so nothing felt confusing or rushed.
After I left to show my boyfriend a few options, I came back and decided on a clear version of the frames I originally showed her — and she had my new glasses made in one hour. The attention to detail and the care she put into everything truly blew me away.
I am so grateful for Jennifer. She turned what had been a stressful, overwhelming process into something positive. My new glasses are perfect, and her customer service was exceptional. If anyone is shopping for glasses, ask for Jennifer. She is the kind of person who makes you feel heard, respected, and confident in your choice.
Thank you, Jennifer — you made my day.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
