- CTCassandra TeulonFeb 28, 20261.0I was so excited to try Club Pilates but me and a friend cancelled our “free” intro trial class after learning the day of that you need to purchase $18 grippy socks to participate. This was not mentioned in any communication with Club Pilates. The receptionist said you could buy grippy socks for much cheaper elsewhere and then rebook the class, but I’m not sure I’ll be returning as it feels dishonest to market a trial class as “free” but then surprise guests with an $18 fee to participate. Disappointing :(

After reading reviews about fine print warnings: complicated and difficult scheduling, their unorganized and unethical direct debiting practices - but ultimately the incredibly poor and unhelpful service from the owner and staff in assisting their customers with these issues. Why not change your policies to ensure that fine print is easier to access and understood in full before you sign a customer into a contract and start direct debuting their money. This owners response to negative reviews sound condescending, like someone I’d rather not do business with. This place sounds like an ugly headache that’s hard to escape from. I will definitely be sharing my acquaintances experiences to help more people in my personal and professional life avoid this ‘organization’.
