  This is a wonderful place to go when you are in need of a doctor's services. The Nurses and assistants wether at the reception desk or just directing you to where you need to be, or getting your vitals taken. Are with absolutely Positivity 😄 and are a joy to talk with. They are very efficient and very kind. They are so happy to help you. They want for your health to be good. They do so have a very good repoure to all clients in need of the Doctor at hand. There are four different Doctors on staff. But may only have 2 on duty at a time. There are days they will have all 4 Doctors in the building. Two of the Doctors are specialist's and so you are required to make an appointment ahead of time by at least 2 or more months. This is because these Doctors are very good at what they have been to school for sometimes up to 21 years, depending the specialty they are studying... Unfortunately they do not have a regular 'walk-in" service. On occassion if the need arises and the day is slow , they may open up to walk-ins. But they do not post this. They only have a very noticable street sign. There is as well A fully functioning Pharmacy on premises. Where the staff there and the Pharmacist are very friendly and helpful as well efficient. I DO RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO GO TO WHEN IN NEED OFMA DOCTOR OR A PHARMICIST! 💯😄

  I always look forward to seeing Dr Mosli and his wonderful staff. I get treated respectfully and find the clinic very accessible.

  Not sure who is running the phones but making an appointment is pretty difficult when you get put on hold for 5-10 minutes to never get answered again. I phone a lady to book an appointment with my brother, sure i dont have wrotten consent to do that. Did the lady on the otherside have to have an attitude? No. I laughed about being put on hold cause... Well we're human we forget. Not a single comment. Not a "im sorry" just "we'll call him to make the appointment" and bye then click. If you cannot for the love of god handle people, get out of a position that allows you to do so.

  I started going to Care gateway medical for chronic pain. I had the same doctor for 20 years. I ended up letting her go and I've only only seen them for the last 3 years. They're like a family. They're wonderful. They're everyone's so kind, carrying and concerned

  This clinic has serious issues with professionalism and confidentiality. Cherie, in particular, is loud and careless when handling patient records and information she learns, to the point where private medical information is openly shared for anyone to know. It is shocking and frankly embarrassing that this level of disregard for privacy is allowed to continue in a medical setting. A clinic should uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, yet she fails at the most basic level. It’s unprofessional, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable in a medical setting. A clinic should feel safe and confidential, not like your personal health is public knowledge. This place is a disgrace to patient care.Patients deserve better.
