I was so pleased, and honestly surprised, how honest and helpful the staff at Specsavers were. They helped me find two pairs of glasses that not only looked good and fit the size/shape of my face, but also fit in the budget I had. They made sure I understood everything I was getting and had no problem answering all of my (probably annoying) questions. Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
