Kim greeted us as soon as we walked in. We went over to the men’s eyewear section and started browsing. Kim came over and offered to assist. We accepted her assistance and I started trying on glasses that Kim and my wife suggested. Kim helped me pick a pair of regular and sunglasses quite quickly. We then moved over to the women’s selections and within 10 minutes Kim’s assistance made it possible for my wife to select two pairs of glasses quite easily. We told Kim that we’re shopping around. She didn’t seem to mind was very knowledgeable and took us through different pricing strategies based on different options. We came up with an informed solution for both my wife and myself. We took the information she provided, thanked her for the time she spent with us and we left the store with the intention to find more pricing. We quickly decided in the car that we weren’t going to get a better deal, so we went back into the store. Kim said she knew we would be back, she just didn’t know how long it would take. She took our eye measurements, went through the final options, verified our choices and then direct billed our insurance coverage. All in all, Kim’s customer service was top shelf. She anticipated our questions and provided us with all of the information we needed to make well-informed decisions.
