- BJBryson Joevenazzo4 days ago5.0AMAZING PLACE AND PEOPLE. I HAD MADE A SNOW PARK FOR MY SON IN THE BACKYARD AND MADE A DROP IN RAMP. WHEN I WENT TO DROP IN I LANDED STRAIGHT TO MY FACE AND BROKE THE GLASSES. THEY HAD EXTRA PARTS AND GOT MY GLASSES ALL FIXED AND AT NO CHARGE. I 1000000% RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND KNOWLEDGE GUYS AND GALS!!

She was right. 2 pair for my husband and 2 pair for me, for less than the price of our previous quote for one pair from another store. Jillian was very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to getting our new specs!!!
- LLLorraineMar 27, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Specsavers Park Place Mall. Unfortunately, our interaction with one of the staff members, Preet, was extremely unpleasant. She spoke to us in a very disrespectful and rude manner. We tried to let her know how we felt, hoping to resolve the situation, but instead of apologizing or correcting it, she continued speaking the same way and even justified her behavior by saying that’s just how she talks. We escalated the concern to the manager, but nothing was done to address the situation, which made the experience even more frustrating. What was most upsetting is that my sister left the store in tears because she felt so disrespected. No customer should ever feel that way after visiting a business. I strongly do not recommend this location. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and customer service standards.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
