  I just had the best experience visiting Dr. Harder for a root canal. It was a breeze going in and sitting for the procedure. Needles were no problem. I didn’t feel a thing. Exceptional team! And the way everyone works as a team, just a fantastic experience. Thanks to everyone in the office, you are all wonderful people.

  I went to the clinic yesterday absolutely terrified. I was embarrassingly crying and panicking because of a traumatic root canal I had about 15 years ago that left me in a lot of pain, both during and after. This time, though, Dr. Harder and his assistant Grace were incredible. They took the time to explain every single step of the procedure, what I would feel, what was happening, and what to expect next. Grace met with me first and immediately helped calm me down by clearly explaining what was going to happen and reassuring me that I wouldn’t have the same painful experience I’d had before. Then Dr. Harder reassured me that the procedure would be pain free and made it clear that if I ever felt uncomfortable or wanted to stop, I absolutely could and it would never be an inconvenience. Throughout the appointment he constantly checked in to make sure I was okay and comfortable. At the end he even told me I could contact him directly on his cell phone if I had any issues afterwards. He also took the time to sit down with me and go over my x rays in detail, explaining exactly what a root canal is, what had gone wrong with my old one, and how they fixed it this time. I left feeling calm, informed, and completely cared for. This experience has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. After years of fear, I now know it doesn’t have to be painful or scary. I can’t thank Dr. Harder, Grace, and the entire team enough for their kindness, patience, and professionalism.

  Dr Harder was awesome & so was all of his staff. He explained everything in detail & fit me in last minute. I would definitely recommend him

  I can't even begin to describe how wonderful the people are Dr Harder's office. I went into his office in extreme pain and distress, and I was met with compassion and kindness every step of the way. My general dentist, Dr Pauline Hall, referred me after I saw her with extreme dental pain. Within a couple of hours Dr Harder was able to see me. Upon seeing Rick he gave me enough local anesthetic to get me through the rest of the afternoon without pain, and by the end of the day he was able to repair my tooth and relieve my pain. From Britney and Allison in the front, to the Brit, Brenda, and Bailey in the back, and to Dr Harder, I owe the biggest thanks. I am so very grateful for all of you. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I highly recommend this office for all your dental woes.

  Dr. Richard Harder is one of the nicest and most knowledeable endodontist in Lethbridge. I've had a lot of issues with my teeth and he takes the time to explain all steps involved to remedy my situation. He along with his staff are kind, courteous and respond very quickly to those in pain. He's even taken the time to call me personally to listen to me and help me out. I'm so grateful they are in Lethbridge. Thank you Dr. Harder for being a fantastic dentist. Susan P.
