In March of 2024 I realized that I was having a very hard time reading anything up close and had to take my glasses off and put them back on all day long. After a nightmare experience somewhere else in the GP mall — where I was completely misled about needing progressives and charged over $600 for glasses that only lasted three months—going to Specsavers was a literally a LIFESAVER! Even without insurance (it had been completely used up with the first set of glasses) I was able to get TWO new pairs of high-quality progressive lenses and beautiful new frames for half the price of my previous pair (so one regular set of progressives and a set of progressive sunglasses). Kyla and her staff were honest, professional, and the selection is incredible. When I went in to try my new glasses on I literally cried as I could finally see again with my glasses on! (And my eyes adjusted to the glasses so quickly that I was able to drive home in them!) If you want a team that actually cares about your vision and your wallet, GO TO SPECSAVERS!!!!"

Every time I go in for a repair for hers, they are kind, friendly and understanding. It makes me feel less ashamed about being there for the 3rd time in a month.

Every pair has been great (I wear progressive lenses) and the staff are absolutely fantastic every time. I have been in for the odd visit to readjust the frames after getting bumped and the people there have been very professional yet personable every time. The prices are always as advertised and no surprises when the bill is presented. I’ve sent several friends there too, and they have also been very happy.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
